Chantal is a singer songwriter with a life-long dream of someday having her songs heard by many. She was born in Belgium and came to the U.S. at the age of ten with her grandma and sister. One thing led to another and she ended up never going home. Soon after, music became a safe haven for Chantal. At the age of fourteen, she heard Me & Bobby McGee by Janis Joplin on the radio, and that started it all. Her first guitar was given to her by a school teacher. She spent most of her time teaching herself to play and sing from that point on. In her 20s, she moved to LA to pursue her dream. She worked as a waitress and played small gigs whenever she got the chance. While playing at a club in LA, she was introduced to the man of my dreams. Soon after, they were married and raising a family. Needless to say, Chantal put her music on hold as her family became her priority and she's never regretted it. During that time, however, she kept writing about life, God, love and family. Now that her four wonderful children are grown, CHANTAL IS BACK! ) So let's rock on!! All songs on this album are originals and we hope that as you listen, you'll be touched and be able to relate to at least one of them. Thank you for reading, purchasing and listening!
