Remastered by Nick Davis, who earned a GrammyВ® nomination for Best Surround Sound Album for his work on the Genesis 1970-1975 boxed set.

The 2016 re-release of Phil Collins album Both Sides, definitely again is nobly worth the appeal to die hard Phil Collins fans all over, young and old. The album again is a intimate and personal album refreshed and worth the wait from the words and the deep songwriting overall. The songs are digitally remastered and include live cuts of tracks like Both Sides Of The Story and Everyday. The album also includes demos of songs that didn't make the release, but were tracks and B-Sides on his singles for the album, like Hero, which Collins gave the song to David Crosby, and is absolutely soulful and somber, and Can't Find My Way. The songs as well like Please Come Out Tonight, Can't Turn Back The Years and We Wait And We Wonder are worth listening to, and don't feel jaded and worn with flaws, unlike other remastered albums. The songs continue to show a deep approach in his work. What I like about Bout Sides sounds just as good as when it was released over twenty years ago. Even Phil Collins choose to make a new cover of the album, older and proud of his dear intimate work, rather than rehashing his older photos. Something he is doing on all of his re-releases including Face Value.

Overall, if you are a die hard fan of Phil Collins, than I absolutely recommend downloading the new re-release of Both Sides. He has been one of those entertainers that really has made some passionate music that really does strike at the soul, with sadness and a deep heart that has always been worth listening. If you have never heard one of Phil's albums before, or just stuck it out with his work with Genesis, than I sincerely recommend that you do give Both Sides a chance that is worth the heart of the matter. While this one was one of Phil Collins most unappreciated records, it was seriously one his best.
