"Human's Last Stand" is Loyd (The Human's) 5th CD. Over the years, he has become known for witty lyrics and song rhythms that many have come to call simply, "Human Rock." His style is a cross between blues, rock, and southern rock if you had to try and pinpoint it, but in reality..he has a style unique to him. He has been influenced by so many artists over the years and all of these influences get pulled into his songs one way or another. "Human's Last Stand," is one of his most diverse releases that ranges from hard rockin blues, to simmering blues, to a Mellencamp type rockin track. For the first time, he puts a couple of cover tracks on his CD. You will be pleasantly surprised by his take on the Beatle's Norweigian Wood. a sparse track with just an acoustic guitar and Mandolin and Johnny Cash's Folsom Prison Blues that just flat picks up steam like a locomative when it settles in. Human's Last Stand has 8 original Human Project tracks and the two cover tracks. If you are interested in discovering new original music with good lyrics. check out Human's Last Stand. For current Human Project fans, I think you will welcome The Human's New Release.
