Two years after his death we celebrate the work of Jonathan Jansen a.k.a. Tundra by releasing this compilation, an "ultimate collection" as you will, by an artist who entered the electronic music scene in 2007 when he released his debut EP 'The Rivulet' on Manual Music. His career carried on for nearly six years during which he has worked for many well respected labels, has performed at various legandary venues and has remixed artists such as Eelke Kleijn, Matthys, Spada, Chris Fortier and Ferreck Dawn to name a few. Jonathan was an opinionated character, incredibly intelligent and with a great sense of humor, but above all a very skilled musician as you will hear by listening to this fantastic collection of tunes. All songs have been remastered by Qbical, the artwork has been created by Joe Manish and the photo is taken by Lisa te Giffel. Special thanks goes out to Outside The Box Music, TEAM Records and Savoir Records for giving us the permission for using their Tundra songs. Please note that all income of this album will go to charity and all the above mentioned people and labels didn't charge anything for their work. Jonathan's mother will choose an organization to donate to every time a new royalty payment comes in. So please do keep Tundra's musical legacy alive and by doing so you'll be supporting a good cause at the same time. Enjoy!
