This is the first album by the brazilian Blues Rock band Rockamama, which includes 10 tracks performed, written and produced by the band between 2011 and 2013.

The making of this album results from experiences of intense positive feedback, which led to appearances in festivals alongside important names in the Music industry such as Franz Ferdinand, We Have Band and The Horrors, as well as the brazilian bands Raimundos, Cachorro Grande and Garotas Suecas.

The songs in the album reflect the influences of the 1970's rock and of blues classics, and also of brazilian music, carrying the energy and viscerality of these musical styles.

From the vibrant electric blues of "Alcohol" and "If You Can't Be True", to the dancing rockabilly-style "Keep Rubbin", or the pure rock n' roll of "Crazy Lady" and "Love", the album shows a band capable of recovering the spirit of the roots of rock, reshaping it through its own musical attitude. Special appearances include John Harp ("João da Gaita") playing the harmonica on "If I Had a Knife", giving the song an extra bluesy taste, and Leonardo "Leospa" Medeiros playing an astonishing and intense piano on "Keep Rubbin'" and "If You Can't Be True".
