Review from RateYourMusic:
These guys were stupendous live in 1969. And this shows it off. I'll go through each of the four points in volumes one and two.

BBC Radio Sessions
Two of these are from the masters of the sessions, two are (supposidly) cleaned up bootlegs. And you can tell the difference.
21st Century Schizoid Man is a track I have listened to only a couple of times, because the sound quality is sooo bad.
In the Court of the Crimson King is interesting, with alternate lyrics, different harmonies, and an overall different approach to playing the melody than it's studio counterpart.
Get Thy Bearings is another bootleg, and it's a shame they couldn't find the tapes for this. The sound quality is bad (not as bad as 21st, though), but it's a great cover of a Donovan song.
Epitaph seems like a different take from the studio album. No noticble differences that I see.

Fillmore East, New York, 21 November 1969 and  Fillmore West, San Francisco, 14 December 1969
Two concerts that were spliced togelther, because the tape of Filmore East suddenly cut off. Sound quality for East is similar sound quality of a concert bootleg, West is sightly better. You get some improv that is quite good on Mantra and Improv - Travel Bleary Capricorn, makes me wonder what the hell kind of improv they were doing on Moonchild on the studio album.  Nice to see King Crimson live.

Fillmore West, San Francisco, 15 December 1969
This is the reason why to buy this album. Honestly one of the best concerts I've ever heard. Every song is great. I think you can download this concert on King Crimson's website. If so, go get it!
In the end, it depends on how much you liked this lineup. For me, I was dying to hear more of them, and I got this album for like $12 used on Amazon. But if you were only mildly interested in this lineup, try and find the download of Fillmore West 12\15.
