Raven Records issues two Bobby Bare Columbia albums from the 80s on CD for the first time. 'As Is' was produced by Rodney Crowell and features songs written by the likes of Guy Clark, Ian Tyson, Willie Nelson, Tom T. Hall, Townes Van Zandt and J.J. Cale. 'Ain't Got Nothin' To Lose' was produced by Allen Reynolds with tracks written by friends and associates like Shel Silverstein, Jack Clement and Lacy J. Dalton as well as the Leadbelly classic "Goodnight Irene". There are four bonus tracks from his last Columbia album (and his last album before retiring) 'Drinkin' From The Bottle, Singin' From The Heart' all written by Shel Silverstein.
